How the faces are made
The kaomoji in this library were generated and assembled by our own tools and AI models. Some were built by combining parts such as eyes, mouths, arms and decorations. Others were proposed by AI models and then filtered. We do not copy other websites’ collections.
How they are checked
- Pure text only. Color emoji characters are stripped out, so every face stays plain text.
- Duplicates removed. Faces that are identical, or identical once spaces are ignored, are kept only once.
- Display risk checked. Every character is checked against real system fonts installed with Windows. Faces with a character those fonts cannot draw are removed. Faces that use combining marks or characters from less common parts of Unicode stay in the library with a small “may not show on older devices” label. Phones are not yet measured character by character; Apple, for example, does not publish exactly which characters its devices support.
- Meaning and tone. An AI model labels each face with a short meaning, a tone (such as cute, sad or sarcastic), its groups and a quality score. Faces it judges unreadable, broken or offensive, or rates as low quality, are dropped.
- Human review. Samples of the labelled library were reviewed by a person before publishing.
Page texts
The guides and explanations on each page are written for this site in plain English. How-to steps, such as keyboard shortcuts or app rules, are checked against the official help pages of those apps where possible. Apps change their features over time, so if a step no longer matches what you see, please tell us.
Corrections
AI labels can be wrong, and a face can look different on your device than on ours. If a meaning is off, a face shows as boxes, or something feels inappropriate, write to contact@kaomojis.pro. We review reports and fix or remove entries.
