Text Faces with Only Letters and Numbers

Some places block every symbol. These simple faces use letters, numbers and the few marks that usernames allow.

138 faces. Tap a card to copy, ♡ to save. Faces marked “may not show on older devices” use rarer symbols.

When you need them

Faces made of letters

The letter faces have no brackets, so they read like tiny words. Add brackets when they are allowed and they look more like faces, like (T_T) or (OwO).

What each app allows in a username

Display names and bios are much more open. If you want a full kaomoji, put it there and keep your @name simple.

Tips

Pair a letter face with your name, like a nickname followed by an underscore and uwu. Do not stack many faces; a username should still be easy to read and to tag. If a face looks like a rude word in another language, choose another one.

Capital letters

Capitals change the mood: OwO looks louder than owo, and XD reads best in capitals. Some usernames turn everything lowercase, so pick a face that still works that way.
