The sparkle toolkit

Sparkles are built from small stars and dots:

• ✧ and ☆ are outline stars, light and soft.
• ★ is a filled star, bolder.
• ｡ ﾟ ･ . are tiny dots of glitter.
• ⋆ ˚ ₊ are the dreamy little stars used in aesthetic bios.

Mix them into a trail, like the ｡.:*☆ after (◕‿◕✿) ｡.:*☆, and the face seems to shine.

Sparkly eyes or sparkles around?

Stars as eyes, like (★ω★), mean amazed or dazzled. Sparkles around the face mean the moment itself feels special: a happy day, a pretty photo, a proud achievement. Sparkles thrown from the hands are close to magic, which has its own page.

Where sparkles shine

Sparkle faces are made for captions and bios. Add one after “new hair”, “first day”, or “finally finished!” to make it feel bright. In a Discord message, trails with two * can turn part of the trail into italics, so use the Discord-safe copy for those. Many sparkle faces mix the stars with rarer characters, so check for the small device label before you put one in a bio.
